RUSD is seeking dynamic instructional leaders who exhibit the following: • Knowledge and understanding of a variety of effective counseling strategies and techniques • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with students, teachers, parents, administrators, and community members. • Provide support and guidance to staff and students to ensure all students' services, programs, and supports are appropriately implemented. • Leadership with a 21st-century perspective Rowland Unified serves a diverse, multilingual student community.
