At Rowland, we believe all employees regardless of title have an important role to play in the preparation of our students. We have developed a comprehensive, broad-based instructional program which challenges students at every grade level and provides support to ensure students reach their highest potential. We believe students must be thinkers, problem solvers, and collaborators in order to succeed in whatever their future endeavors may be. It is our collective responsibility to prepare students to be prepared for and have a multitude of options beyond a high school diploma. We understand that we are part of a larger society and welcome parents and community members into our schools. We consider our youth to be the most valuable asset of our community.
