RUSD is seeking a dynamic instructional leader who will: • Collaborate with staff, students and parents to lead the school to meet the needs of all students • Work with parents, staff and school-related organizations in promoting positive school-community relations • Motivate and encourage staff to continue to grow as professionals • Exhibit strong pedagogical skills • Have a breadth of experience in educational technology • Demonstrate leadership with a 21st century perspective Rowland Unified serves a diverse, multilingual student community.
