Endeavor Charter School is in Fresno, CA. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Part-Time Adjunct Spanish Teacher to teach multiple sections of Spanish 1 and 2. Each class meets 2–3 times per week. This position includes responsibility for 2–3 sections of Spanish 1 and 2 courses. The instructor will play an active role in student development through effective instruction, homework assignments, tutoring, grading, and regular communication with students, parents, and school staff. Average of 10-20 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Teach 2–3 sections of Spanish 1 and 2, with each section meeting 2–3 times per week. Develop and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that meet course objectives. Assign and evaluate regular homework to reinforce classroom instruction. Provide individual tutoring or extra help as needed to support student learning. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and grades. Prepare and submit final semester grades in a timely manner. Provide a course syllabus for each class in advance for administrative approval. Submit monthly progress reports for each student. Maintain consistent communication with students, parents, and advising teachers regarding academic progress and performance. Inform school administration promptly regarding any student behavior or discipline concerns. Attend required meetings or training sessions as scheduled. Qualifications: Single Subject Spanish Credential (Cleared Preferred). Prior teaching experience, especially at the high school or college level, is highly desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative school team. Commitment to student success and differentiated instruction.
