• Letter of Introduction • Resume • 2-3 Letters of Recommendation (one from a recent supervisor) • Copy of valid, appropriate credential(s): Single Subject-Mathematics • English Learner Authorization • Copies of college/university transcripts (originals required if hired) If you are not yet a California Preliminary or Clear Credential holder, be sure to obtain a Certificate of Clearance (CoC) from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) at https://www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/submit-online.
