The Ross Valley School District serves the educational needs of 1720 TK-8th grade students across five school sites. We offer a dynamic and innovative learning experience with a supportive community of administrators, teachers/faculty, staff, and families. Our District is committed to creating a safe, equitable, and inclusive learning environment in which all students feel a sense of belonging, are respected and celebrated for their individual differences, and are empowered to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. We pride ourselves in being a forward-thinking, equity-focused employer, and we all benefit from a diverse workforce. Our RVSD community is engaged in a continuous cycle of reflection and improvement to enhance and transform our practices so that we meet the needs of and effectively prepare all of our learners for their future. Providing professional development and continuing education opportunities, supportive policies and practices, and a collaborative environment nurtures and engages a motivated and successful team. We are so very proud of our highly-skilled, caring, and compassionate teachers, faculty, staff and administrators who are persistent in balancing high expectations and academic rigor with social and emotional wellbeing.
