Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, plans and organizes the District’s work regarding research, data, assessment, and program evaluation; conducts progress monitoring of accountability systems and strategic plans; works directly with all site administrators to support their role as educational leaders; provides guidance to ensure compliance with applicable District rules and policies, State and Federal laws, codes and regulations; supervises and evaluates the performance of assigned personnel; and conducts other related duties as directed.

Rowland Unified School District seeks a Director of Research, Evaluation, and Data who is a collaborative, thoughtful, and experienced school district administrator. Rowland Unified serves a diverse, multilingual student community. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Rowland Unified is seeking a dynamic, collaborative administrator who will: • Assist the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services in planning, organizing, and leading the District's work regarding research data, assessment, and program evaluation. • Demonstrate leadership with a 21st-century perspective.
