RUSD is seeking dynamic instructional leaders who exhibit: • Knowledge and understanding of a variety of effective counseling strategies and techniques • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with students, teachers, parents, administrators, and community members. • Provide support and guidance to staff and students to ensure services, programs, and supports are appropriately implemented for all students. • Leadership with a 21st century perspective Rowland Unified serves a diverse, multilingual student community. RUSD requires applicants to have a valid California Credential in Pupil Services: School Counseling Please submit the following: • Letter of Introduction • Resume • Credential copy: California Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling (Include Credential Document number for CTC verification) • Three letters of recommendation (preferably within the last year and from at least one direct supervisor) • Transcripts (reflecting Master's degree and coursework and all college coursework credits) All documents in the list of the required documents must be attached as part of your EDJOIN application. We do not accept any faxed, emailed, or mailed documents. Incomplete applications will not be considered for employment.
