Urban Discovery Academy is a UTK-12 public charter school system located in the heart of downtown San Diego, CA. Opened in 2008 as a quality neighborhood school, UDS has two campuses in the I.D.E.A. District and the growing Education Corridor. Urban Discovery Academy serves T/K - 6th, 7th - 8th and 9th - 12th grades. Our school's approach is hallmarked by students that are creative problem solvers, empathetic contributors, and active members of our academic community. Urban Discovery Academy actively pursues a better tomorrow by empowering our communities with the skills, passion and purpose to make positive contributions to the world around us. Our learning environment helps kids bridge the gap between learning and life, developing a mindset of innovation.
