In a word document state how you meet the SITE-DEVELOPED CRITERIA: * Extensive experience at a large comprehensive High School * Experience working with High School budgets, master schedules * High school experience working and leading intensive interventions based on student needs such as RTI, PBIS, SARB * Experience working with At-Risk students and how you supported them. * Experience supporting a school culture of discipline and responsibility. * Ability to analyze student data and increase the academic performance of diverse student populations (i.e. AP, AVID, SpEd, EL, and GATE). * Experience with coordinating and overseeing such programs as Social Studies, AVID, AP, Grad Coach * Experience with the MMHS community and specifically the BOE approved MMHS Community Reform MOU * Experience running a comprehensive campus wide athletic program including budgets, staffing, supervision and all CIF and district requirements. * Experience with leadership in the WASC accreditation site self-study process * Experience with community outreach programs. * Experience working with the CCTE internships, classes and programs * Knowledge of the Common Core State Standards and the ability to lead the staff and community towards implementation.
