Shasta Union Elementary School offers a student-centered education that is based on the philosophy and methods of Maria Montessori. Each student is supported and challenged to discover their strengths, to be critical thinkers, life long learners, and contributing members of the community. • Current California Multiple Subject Credential or the ability to obtain • Montesorri Certificated or ability to obtain (If needing to obtain, the District will reimburse a unit member up to $3,000 toward the cost of the program) • EL Auth/CLAD Certification In addition to completed application, the following are required: •Letter of Introduction •Two letters of recommendation •Resume A resume may be attached to your application, but does not take the place of a completed application. Applications must be fully completed or they will be considered incomplete. Completion of Target Sketch Questions are required of all applicants.
