Applicants considered most qualified by a screening panel will continue in the selection process. It is in your best interest to answer these questions as fully as possible. RECRUITMENT PROCESS Qualified applicants who possess all classification minimum qualifications per the screening process will receive a notice of invitation to the next step in the process, which is an oral examination, similar to an interview. Candidates who pass the oral examination will be placed on a ranked classification eligibility list. The top three ranks of the eligibility list will be eligible for an invitation to a final interview.
