POSITION SUMMARY We need a fellow change agent with a problem-solving, systems-oriented mindset. This position will provide diversified support for the Director and the Manager of Research, Evaluation, and Assessment (REA). Work includes office logistics, financial system management, survey and research assistance, assessment administration assistance, and data reporting. Our team believes that data can be a powerful tool helping teachers and school leaders improve equity and excellence for students both inside and outside of the classroom. The ideal candidate will understand that our work impacts children’s lives, and that they are working with a team of colleagues who share a sense of urgency and mission to have the greatest possible impact on the educational experience of our students. Work is performed with a minimum of supervision and requires independent judgment and discretion.
