Provide intense math intervention to current 4th and 5th grade students who performed at a level 1 or 2 on the CAASPP, and are not classified as special education or newcomer ELLs. We are looking for teachers to be a part of a Saturday Intervention Program to support these students. Teachers would get paid a $1300 stipend for the four-week program (essentially four Saturdays). Students would rotate through three classes; math online intervention, hands on mathematics and an enrichment class (TBD). The intervention class details are below: • ~10 students per class • Focus on Math using CAASPP and NWEA data • Curriculum: DreamBox and Bridges Intervention • Saturday Program: 8:30-11:30 am • Proposed dates: March 23rd, April 13th, April 20th , April 27th. • Location; TBD If you are interested, please email Judy Argumedo at jargumedo@pausd.org and copy your site principal.
