Job Summary
In Human Resources, we create an environment where creativity compassion and innovation help to enhance and support our staff and students. Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, perform a variety of technical duties in support of classified and/or certificated human resources operations and activities; perform screening and processing for district applicants and new hires; provide information and assistance to employees, job applicants and the general public regarding personnel functions, policies and procedures; prepare and maintain a variety of files, records and reports; involved with orientation and salary placement of certificated and classified personnel for the District; incumbents are assigned both certificated and classified employees with respect to the qualifications of candidates for District positions. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic. **New Hire Sign on Bonus of $1,000! Bonus is a one time "off-schedule" stipend for New Classified employees. First $500 paid after second supplemental pay period of working month, remaining $500 paid at end of school year.

Required: * 2 Letters of Recommendation required. * Detail-oriented and highly organized. * Must genuinely enjoy working with employees and potential employees. * Self-motivated and good at problem-solving. * Good computer skills. * Strong adherence to confidentiality. Desirable: * Experience in Human Resources or School District * Bilingual Spanish a plus
