Job Summary

Job Summary

Under direction of the Principal or designee, assists in the supervision of students on an elementary or middle school campus during breakfast, lunch, and recess times. This will include monitoring in the cafeteria, on the playground, in the restrooms and any other places where students gather. This position assists with monitoring student conduct to encourage safe, courteous behavior in accordance with school rules. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic. **New Hire Sign on Bonus of $1,000! Bonus is a one time "off-schedule" stipend for New Classified employees. First $500 paid after second supplemental pay period of working month, remaining $500 paid at end of school year.

Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications: - Overseeing and facilitating outdoor activities, promoting positive behavior, and maintaining a friendly and inclusive environment. Desirable: - High School graduate or the equivalent is desirable. - First Aid and CPR Certification is desirable - Experience working with children for one year desirable - A caring attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage student interactions will be key to success in this role.

Must complete Mandated Reporter Training- School Personnel module before first day of employment. Work Week: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
