Requirements / Qualifications
Education: -Possession of an advanced Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university is preferred. Experience: -3 years of experience as a principal or presently serving as a site administrator -Experience in the areas of student, staff, and community relations -Experience in supervision and evaluation of staff -Knowledge of one or more of the course content areas and related content, program, and performance expectations -Knowledge of the CalAPA Credentials: -Possession of a valid California Teaching Credential -Possession of a valid California Administrative Services Credential Other Requirements: -Must be fingerprinted and a satisfactory Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation records check must be received by SCOE, prior to employment. -A valid TB test or questionnaire will be required upon employment.
