Applicant must be an organized self-starter, able to work as a member of a team on a variety of detailed-oriented tasks. Additionally, the selected applicant must have strong technical skills including, but not limited to, Excel, Google sheets and docs, and student information system(s). It is highly desired the applicant have experience with Aeries SIS, TOMS, CAASPP Data Systems, and/or CALPADS. Of high importance is the ability to solve technical puzzles. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic.

Under the direction of the Director: Data, Testing, and Assessment, the role of the District Assessment Data Specialist - 2 is to: -Aid in the maintenance of student information as it relates to CALPADS and/or State and Federal testing systems; -Aid in the research, creation, and implementation of audit procedures as those procedures relate to CALPADS and State and Federal testing systems; -Aid in the creation of reports for internal and external requests; -Prepare written documentation; -Work on special projects related to this job description.

Must complete Mandated Reporter Training- School Personnel module before first day of employment. When you apply for this position, you will receive an email attachment with the details of this training. Work Week: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
