Job Summary
Job Summary
College and Career Development Specialists will develop specific career exploration and Work-Based Learning (WBL) activities for students served in schools and by the College and Career Readiness Department. The position includes, but is not limited to: creating WBL opportunities for students and teachers such as arranging guest speakers and industry tours, creating, delivering and evaluating work readiness certification programs, and providing essential skills workshops to students in classrooms served by the College and Career Readiness Department. Applicants should have a fundamental understanding of the pre-employment process including job search, applications, resumes and interviewing.
