Pending Board Approval, this position will be eligible to receive a five percent (5%) off-schedule payment of expected wages earned during the 2022/23 fiscal year for staff hired before December 22, 2022. Visions is seeking a Facilities Support Technician that will perform basic maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment, custodial services, and operations support. Prior experience in operations support, building maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry or electrical trades preferred. This position will work at our office in Carmichael, CA onsite 5 days per week, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. We have a very generous, competitive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single), Retirement (CalPERS), Vacation (10 days), Sick and Holiday (22 days which includes 2 weeks of paid time off over the holiday season).
