Visions In Education is looking for a tutor that works works exclusively in a public setting (such as the VIE Learning Center, as well as in a virtual tutoring environment with individual students and groups of students to help support their understanding and application of concepts and methods in specific academic areas (predominantly English 1-4, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Science, and Integrated Math.

Candidates will be asked to complete a High School Algebra 1 Math assessment and an English writing prompt. Experience with Google Suite applications preferred. Please include a resume and a one page letter that includes answers to the following questions: 1) What is your tutoring and/or teaching experience and what skills can you bring to this environment? 2) What levels of Math and English are you comfortable tutoring? 3) What hours are you available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday?
