Monitor, assess student progress regularly; review/revision of IEPs, maintain essential records; following IEPs, provide instruction on an individual or small group basis; collaborate with general education physical educators. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic.

Required: * Single Subject Physical Education credential with Adapted Physical Education authorization (APE) required. Desired: * Strong communication/ social skills for partnering with families, front office personnel, administrators, case carriers and teachers to serve our students. * Continues planned professional self-improvement and the willingness to adapt and grow within the educational field. * Works in conjunction with other support staff when working with students.
