**New Hire Sign on Bonus of $1,000! Bonus is a one time "off-schedule" stipend for New Classified employees. First $500 paid after second supplemental pay period of working month, remaining $500 paid at end of school year. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic.

2 Letters of Recommendation required. Knowledge of office procedures, policies and practices. Ability to support students, families and staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of: Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), Google (email, Google Docs),and Illuminate Ed (Student system). Must complete Mandated Reporting Training. Must complete Mandated Reporter Training- School Personnel before the first day of employment. Required: Any combination equivalent to a high school diploma, plus some secretarial courses following graduation, plus at least two years experience in an increasingly responsible secretarial position. An additional year of experience may be substituted for course work beyond the high school diploma. Desired: Bilingual English/Spanish. Knowledge of School District policy, rules and regulations; operations, procedure, specific rules and precedents of the particular department to which assigned; office methods, equipment and procedures; English usage, spelling vocabulary grammar, punctuation and basic arithmetic skills.
