Job Summary

Petaluma City Schools' Community Adult Transition program supports adult students 18-22 years old with Moderate/Severe disabilities living and working in the Petaluma area. Job duties include worksite job coaching, modeling transit and pedestrian safety around town, and classroom-based functional living skills lessons (meal prep, money management, health, social skills), and other duties as assigned. Successful bilingual or American Sign Language applicant will be paid a monthly stipend of $96. This stipend will be pro-rated for positions that are less than 40 hours per week.

Fingerprint Clearance. There is a fingerprint processing fee payable by the employee post-offer / pre-placement. Tuberculosis. The applicant will need to submit evidence that he or she is free from tuberculosis in accordance with Education Code 49406 post-offer / pre-placement.
