Modesto City Schools is a Pre-K through 12th grade district, serving approximately 30,000 students. The District is one of the largest employers in Stanislaus County, with over 3,200 employees. It is divided into three divisions: Business Services, Educational Services and Human Resources. An Associate Superintendent oversees each division and a variety of programs, such as Child Development, Child Welfare & Attendance, Special Education, Nutrition Services and Transportation. Experience working with individuals with physical or health related needs; Graduation from high school or General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate; Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) or Registered Nurse (RN); Valid CPR Certificate; Valid CA Driver's License; Sufficient physical ability, strength, mobility, and stamina to lift, carry, push or pull objects which may frequently exceed 40 pounds in a series of functional tests which clearly simulates the work environment.
- Certification (Applicants must submit a copy of the LVN, LPT or RN license.)
