Experience working with individuals with physical or health related needs; Graduation from high school or General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate; Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) or Registered Nurse (RN); Valid CPR Certificate; Valid CA Driver's License; Sufficient physical ability, strength, mobility, and stamina to lift, carry, push or pull objects which may frequently exceed 40 pounds in a series of functional tests which clearly simulates the work environment.

  • Certification (Applicants must submit a copy of the LVN, LPT or RN license.)
