Modesto City Schools is a Pre-K through 12th grade district, serving approximately 30,000 students. The District is one of the largest employers in Stanislaus County, with over 3,200 employees. It is divided into three divisions: Business Services, Educational Services and Human Resources. An Associate Superintendent oversees each division and a variety of programs, such as Child Development, Child Welfare & Attendance, Special Education, Nutrition Services and Transportation. One (1) year of successful experience; Graduation from an accredited school of occupational therapy with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree; Valid license from the State of California and registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association; Valid California Driver’s License; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds to shoulder height and 50 pounds to waist height; and to bend, to stoop, to sit on the floor, to climb stairs, to walk, and to reach overhead; Physical capacity to lift (with assistance), move and position disabled persons up to age 22 who may weigh 150 pounds or more.
