Describe your experience working with payroll software systems, especially for the Integrated Financial and Administrative Solution (IFAS) by Sungard, Bi-Tech, Inc.; and include any experience converting from one software system to another. 4. Describe your experience working with retirement systems, and taxation & quarterly reporting; including how Federal, State, Social Security and Medicare integrate with CalPERS, CalSTRS, PARS, and COBRA. 5. Describe your philosophy of motivation and discipline, and how you have manifested this in other jobs.
