The Parent Volunteer and Event Coordinator is responsible for planning most events at TCA including field trips, class trips, fundraising events, staff parties, and 8th grade promotion. This position will also coordinate parents in all areas of volunteering. They will work closely with the admin team, front office, staff, parents, and accounting to fulfill their duties.This position will support and uphold the mission and vision of The Classical Academies. The Classical Academies is an organization of award-winning, tuition-free, California Public Charter Schools serving North San Diego County since 1999. With over 5,800 students in grades TK-12, the schools are making a tremendous impact as they reinvent public education. Each campus offers a flexible, personalized educational environment that blends the best of independent study and the traditional classroom experience.
