1) Fingerprint Requirement: Pre-employment background screening; DOJ Live scan
2) Tuberculosis Test: TB clearance dated within the past 6 months;
3) Appropriate identification according to I-9 regulations (i.e. driver's license and Social Security Card). If you do not have these documents, you are able to submit other acceptable forms of identification/employment authorization as listed on the I-9 chart, which you can access at https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/acceptable-documents;
