DEFINITION: Under general supervision, performs analytical work in processing, recording and reporting the district’s Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) Medi-Cal reporting and UR; and performs related clerical work as required. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Training and Experience: Completion of high school level bookkeeping coursework and three years of clerical experience with emphasis on the maintenance of fiscal records; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Knowledge of: • Completion of high school level bookkeeping coursework • Three years of clerical experience with emphasis on the maintenance of Medi-Cal reporting including Share Care(desirable) • Or an equivalent combination of training and experience Skill in: • All phases of financial record-keeping • Preparing financial reports according to established guidelines • Establishing effective work relationships with others • Operating a variety of office equipment • Training and supervising others

SELECTION PROCEDURE: All applicants are required to take and pass the written examination scheduled below. Areas covered on the examination are math, grammar, spelling, filing, accounting ledger, composition of a WORD document, and timed typing. Calculators may be used on the examination but will not be provided. Computers will be used for typing exercises. Typing certificate for 35 net wpm, within the last six months, will be accepted or applicants may take timed typing test at exam (online typing certificates will not be accepted). Mandatory Examination Information: Location: TBD Date: Wednesday, May 12, 2021 Time: 9:00 A.M. (test time approximately 2 hours); no admittance once testing begins
