POSITION: The Occupational Therapist evaluates student performance in the context of access to the educational program and the impact on learning, develops goals and objectives for consideration by Individualized Education Program (IEP) team, develops individual occupational therapy intervention plans, and maintains appropriate documentation, collects data, and prepares formal reports. ------------------------------------------ Please see Job Description for full detail. ------------------------------------------ EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Certified with the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), graduation from an accredited school by the Council for Occupational Therapy (as of January 2003). At least one year experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a pediatric setting. ------------------------------------------ Supplemental Questions: 1. Describe in detail your experience with pediatric disabilities. 2.Describe the types of treatment activities that you utilize in a school-based setting. 3.Explain your knowledge of OT best practice and service delivery under IDEA.
