Modesto City Schools is a Pre-K through 12th grade district, serving approximately 30,000 students. The District is one of the largest employers in Stanislaus County, with over 3,200 employees. Upon successful completion of the class you may be hired as a Substitute Bus Operator, pay rate is $15.68 per hour. You must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a Department of Justice and Department of Motor Vehicle fingerprint / background check. Classroom and behind the wheel instruction will be provided, no experience necessary. For more detailed information on the training please call (209) 574-1621.
