Four years experience in food preparation, serving and general kitchen activities; High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate; Food Service Safety Certificate must be obtained within the first sixty (60) days of employment and maintained thereafter; Sufficient physical ability, strength, mobilty and stamina to lift 35 pounds and to push or pull up to 75 pounds on a rolling rack or cart.
