Modesto City Schools is a Pre-K through 12th grade district, serving approximately 30,000 students. The District is one of the largest employers in Stanislaus County, with over 3,200 employees. It is divided into three divisions: Business Services, Educational Services and Human Resources. An Associate Superintendent oversees each division and a variety of programs, such as Child Development, Child Welfare & Attendance, Special Education, Nutrition Services and Transportation. Two (2) years experience working with school age students; High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate; Completion of forty-eight (48) units of higher education study or obtained an AA degree or successfully passed the Modesto City Schools Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Assessment Exam.
- NCLB Compliance (All applicants must submit a copy of an AA degree, transcripts showing at least 48 units OR a proficiency certificate showing that you have met the NCLB requirement.)
