Modesto City Schools is a Pre-K through 12th grade district, serving approximately 30,000 students. The District is one of the largest employers in Stanislaus County, with over 3,200 employees. High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate, or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) certificate is required; Three (3) years experience in food preparation, serving and general kitchen activities; Sufficient physical ability, strength, mobility and stamina to lift 35 pounds and to push or pull up to 75 pounds on a rolling rack or cart.
