Requirements / Qualifications
Visions In Education is seeking a fully bilingual Spanish/English Student Services Representative that will be a professional, detail oriented, self starter with student records, transcripts, and work permit experience. This position will be the first point of contact for people who call or visit the school campus and will work at our main receptionist desk. Our Ideal candidate should be fully bilingual in Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) and should be prepared to handle a high volume and wide range of inquiries and requests, including phone calls, greet visitors, and provide information to parents and students. School Pathways and Google suite experience preferred but not required. Please indicate on your resume and cover letter any Excel skills you possess. Please include resume, two letters of recommendation (if available) and a cover letter clearly explaining your experience which qualifies you for the position and why you would like to work for Visions In Education Charter School.
This position will work at our office in Carmichael, CA. We have a very generous, competitive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single), Retirement (CalPERS), Vacation (10 days), Sick and Holiday - with 2 weeks of paid time off over the holiday season.
