Announcement Date: January 16, 2020 Opportunity: Original School Bus Driver Training Class Date: Tuesday, February 4, 2020 Time: 9:00 a.m. The Palo Alto Unified School District is looking for individuals that have an interest in driving a school bus. No experience is necessary. The District will provide no cost training to a selected group to receive necessary school bus driver training. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean DMV driving record. Individuals with experience working with children and/or who have commercial driving experience will be given priority. A commercial license is not required at this time. Orientation will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. This meeting will be an introduction to the training requirements and an informal interview. Applicants must be available for classroom training daily during the week of February 10th, 2020 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
