JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW Student Services Representative 2 - Resource Center, reports to the Operations Manager. This position performs a wide variety of purchasing, ordering processing, order review, clerical, office, and technical work by applying existing policies, procedures and guidelines; applying fundamental business concepts, practices and procedures related to assigned duties and solving routine problems, referring more difficult or complex problems/matters to the higher level. Work may have some moderate variations and difficulty and may be checked for accuracy. In addition to the duties performed in the Student Services Representative I classification, this position applies a broad range of knowledge and expertise of department practices, procedures and guidelines; may assign work to, establish daily priorities, train, and/or review the work of incumbents at level I; and assist with the resolution of more difficult or complex problems/issues; and train and inspect the work of department staff.
