Our ideal candidate will be a professional, detail oriented self starter. Qualified applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs and have a valid CA driver’s license. Please indicate on your resume and cover letter any Excel or Google docs experience you possess. The position will: Work with off-site facilities to obtain rental contracts and reservations Serve as the school's liaison with off-site facilities Provide facility maintenance and event support Handle mailroom duties Serve on Safety team and support the review of the annual Safety Plan Coordinate and support bi-annual safety drills at all offsite locations Cross-train with the ordering department to process orders, receive returns and track inventory, as available Please include resume, two letters of recommendation and a cover letter clearly explaining your experience which qualifies you for the position and why you would like to work for Visions In Education Charter School.
This position will work at our office in Carmichael, CA. We have a very generous, competitive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single), Retirement (CalPERS), Vacation (10 days), Sick and Holiday - with 2 weeks of paid time off over the holiday season.
