Job Summary
The weight room supervisor position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to students and student athletes. The weight room supervisor will instruct fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for strength and conditioning.The weight room supervisor reports to and works closely with the Athletic Director and Athletic Trainer to determine goals and direction of the program. The weight room supervisor is responsible for the health, safety and welfare of every student who enters the weight room at Palo Alto High School.

Previous strength and conditioning coaching experience Proven or demonstrated ability to program and lead a team training session Ability to attract and retain and recruit a successful coaching staff with coaching experience NASM, CSCS, NCSA certification NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion Training, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training, First Aid/CPR,
