The following is a partial listing of essential responsibilities: • Assist Certificated Advisor in planning/ monitoring Student Body Activities • Maintain financial records for Associated Student Body and affiliated clubs including bank reconciliation, depositing and processing check requests • Facilitate Student Store sales including inventory, sales and ordering • Process purchase requests and payments for site utilizing District software • Under Principal supervision, monitor and adjust budget to process supply requests • Code monthly Payroll timesheets to properly assign payments to work performed • Process student requests for Marin County Transit transportation
