This position may report to more than one department as needed. For our Records Department: Our ideal candidate will be a professional, detail oriented, self starter with student records, transcripts, and immunizations experience. School Pathways experience preferred but not required. For our Resource Center: This position performs a wide variety of purchasing, ordering processing, order review, clerical, office, and technical work by applying existing policies, procedures and guidelines; applying fundamental business concepts, practices and procedures related to assigned duties and solving routine problems, referring more difficult or complex problems/matters to the higher level. Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply. Please include resume, two letters of recommendation (if available) and a cover letter clearly explaining your experience which qualifies you for the position and why you would like to work for Visions In Education Charter School. This position will work at our office in Carmichael, CA. We have a very generous, competitive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single), Retirement (state PERS), Vacation (10 days), Sick and Holiday - with 2 weeks of paid time off over the holiday season.
