The Beginning Teacher Induction Mentor (Special Education) works closely with teachers to develop capacity for reflection on and refinement of practice based on the California Standards for the Teaching Profession. The Teacher Induction Program is a two-year program of professional education composed of one-on-one coaching and support leading to a recommendation for a Clear credential.
