ASTEME (pronounced esteem) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) school located in Westwood, created to allow teachers the freedom to teach their passions. Our mission statement is provide socioeconomic and gender equity in the STEM fields while focusing on helping children discover the answer to a question that many teachers and parents hear every day - "When am I ever going to use what I learn in my life?" . Our teachers are passionate and have the ability to inspire children to learn and ask essential questions.
