As a Team Member you won’t just oversee the IEP programs — you’ll design meaningful, developmentally and academically aligned interventions that ignite progress and empower students, families and the IEP team. At Accelerate Center, we believe educationally related services in Speech, Occupational, Physical Therapy and ABA should be relationship-centered, naturalistic, and grounded in real life to support academics. We blend evidence-based practice with developmental principles, using play, project-based learning, and collaborative care to help students thrive in academic & functional ways. So when we are looking for a team member to join the team we want someone flexible, dedicated, creative, and fun! We promise you a unique environment that brings together a boutique enviroment with an academic environment where you will be doing educationally related services and see no more than 1 child per hour so you can focus on quality of care all while balancing your life goals. We offer hybrid positions so you will also have the ability to do some work online too as we are currently designing an online curriculum and looking for someone that wants to help create that too! This along with our team building and relaxation activities is infused in our culture so we focus on life-work balance.
