About the Employer

The Orange Unified School District serves approximately 24,000 students in grades kindergarten through 12th and encompasses all or part of the cities of Anaheim, Garden Grove, Orange, Santa Ana and Villa Park. In 1953, the citizens of the area voted to form a “unified” school district, combining the original five elementary districts with the high school district into one unified district, now known as the Orange Unified School District. * Letter of Introduction * Resume * Three letters of recommendation * OUSD typing test of 50 wpm - Contact Natalie Montoya to schedule an appointment for testing at (714) 628-5522. * Written response to supplemental question (see prompt below) #1) Provide a general explanation of your organizational process for calendaring events within a short window of time that involve a group of 5 or more people. Include in your answer your process for following up on major and minor tasks that are related to the successful operation of the Facilities office.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and skill is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and skill would be: Experience: Three years of highly responsible secretarial experience, preferably in an educational organization. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications. Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, supplemented by course work or training in office management, advanced secretarial skill areas, public relations, or related areas.
