We are looking for candidates with skills in developing individual personalized goals for resource students and the ability to apply appropriate techniques and methods to assist those students with challenging conditions. Successful candidates must also have the ability to communicate with other students, faculty and staff, and parents about the needs and feelings of their resource students.
Candidates should have two to four years of related job experience and possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution with a concentration in special education. Candidates should also have a clear credential or be in the process of acquiring a teaching credential for the State of California.

Canyon Heights Academy is an independent Catholic coeducational college preparatory elementary and middle school, founded in 2000. The school has an enrollment of approximates 275 students in preschool through Grade 8. The student body is comprised of Catholic and non-Catholic students from a 20-mile range of communities in northern California.
