Comments and Other Information
• EDUCATION: Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university with a degree in business management, architecture, construction management, or civil engineering
• EXPERIENCE: Six (6) years of increasingly responsible experience in building operations or maintenance, construction project management, or facility planning, including two (2) years of successful experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Possession of a Valid California Driver's License.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience with and knowledge in the field.
