One of the following: - Valid California Teaching Credential Mathematics Subject, service authorization for a departmentalized classroom, Out-of-State Mathematics Teacher License, or Letter of Appeasement, leading to Mathematics credential application. - English Language (EL) Authorization required. - Passing results for CBEST, CSET or SSAT
- Copies of all transcripts from BA/BS and beyond. (Upon hire, original transcripts are required). - Resume and Letter of Introduction: Prepared to: Sherry Strausbaugh, Director, Certificated Personnel Fremont Unified School District 4210 Technology Drive, Fremont, CA 94538 - Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (not older than 3 years) from educators, at least one letter from an administrator or supervisor. - As a condition of initial employment, all new hires must have a clear tuberculin exam within the past 60 days prior to beginning work with Fremont Unified School District.
