The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
oversees the effective implementation of before- and after-school programs;
develops budgets, writes and monitors grants, and seeks resources and supplemental funding;
provides administrative support to program sites;
maintains ongoing communication with district office personnel, site program personnel, and principals;
coordinates the organization/facilitation of in-service training programs for staff;
coordinates efforts to maintain compliance under grant funds that pertain to the before- and after-school programs;
Organizes and maintains record keeping systems for student attendance, employee attendance, inventory and other necessary documentation;
maintains close working relationships with the RIMS/Region 10 leaders regarding before- and after-school programs;
trains and evaluates staff as assigned;
other related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
A District Administrative Application form (or Edjoin Certificated Management Application form); comprehensive resume; placement file (or three current letters of recommendation); and copies of the required degree(s), administrative credential, and teaching credential.

Comments and Other Information
Must possess and maintain a valid California Administrative Credential; Master’s degree; Minimum of 5 years of teaching and/or administrative experience with increasing responsibility. Principal experience preferred.
